This privacy policy (the "Policy") is about how Titan AI Studios, a California company (the "Company", "app", "BitcoinCrazyness", "we" or "us") collects, uses, and shares information provided by you ("you" or "User") to utilize the services (the "Services") offered by Titan AI Studios's cryptocurrency application, BitcoinCrazyness, its social media groups, and website (the "BitcoinCrazyness Properties").
BitcoinCrazyness properties do not currenty require entering your personal information such as email address, first and last name, contact list, and phone number ("Personal Information"). The app can be used anonymously.
Any Personal Information that you chose to send to us, either about yourself or others, might be stored, but will only be used for the specific reason it was provided. This incluses support emails, comments and messages on social media.
BitcoinCrazyness allows importing transactions from third-party trading exchanges such as Coinbase and Binance. If you elect to use this service, we will not store any credential information that you might enter in order to connect to them from inside our app. In particular, your username, password, and API keys will NOT be sent to or pass through our servers. Instead, they will be sent directly to the corresponding exchange using their official API. You might, however, optionally elect to store your API keys on your device. The imported transactions from third-party exchanges will be saved to our database.
We might collect your usage, IP address, and other information regarding your interactions with the BitcoinCrazyness Properties. We might do this by using third party analytical tools (such as Google analytics) or other similar technology. We also might collect general information from your mobile device, such as it's operating system (e.g. iOS or android) and version. This does NOT include your phone's file system, contact list, and files.
We might collect information that your mobile device sends whenever you visit the BitcoinCrazyness Properties ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, details about how you used the BitcoinCrazyness Properties, the time and date of your visit, your location, the time spent on BitcoinCrazyness Properties, and other statistics.
We do not sell, rent or trade your individual Personal Information or Log Data to third parties. However, we might share, sell or rent anonymous aggregated data with third parties to compile usage trends and statistics. For example, we might publish how many users were online during a certain period of time. This aggregate user data is anonymous, does not contain your Personal Information, or other personally identifiable information. Also, it will not include specific information about your BitcoinCrazyness portfolio.
Any Personal Information you choose to provide in any public groups within the BitcoinCrazyness Properties or via email, text messaging, or on your social media accounts, can be read, collected, or used by other Users of the BitcoinCrazyness Properties and such communication forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We recommend that you do not provide your name, e-mail address or any other Personal Information. If you choose to do so, it is at your own risk and you accept full responsibility for those posts and any consequences that may arise from posting this information. In case of any abuse, we will remove that data from our properties.
If you send us a support email request or provide feedback on the BitcoinCrazyness Properties, we reserve the right to publish such communication in order to respond to it or educate other Users about similar concerns. We will take reasonable steps to remove any Personal Information before publishing such information.
If we are required to share our data in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law, we will abide by the law. Also, we reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we believe to be unlawful. We may share Personal Information or Log Data when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of others and ourselves. We may also transfer Personal Information or Log Data in the event of a corporate sale, merger, acquisition, dissolution or similar event.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 13. Most of our Properties are directed towards general audiences. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you are a parent concerned that your child may have provided personal information to us, please contact us in manner described in the “Contact Us” section below.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to help secure information. While we use resonable security measures, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us by e-mail or through social media groups, and you do so at your own risk.
